RICHARD SCHEMEL

President/General Manager

Richard has a B.S. degree in civil engineering from the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, N.Y. He is trained and certified as an asbestos and lead-based paint abatement contractor/supervisor and has received training in mold remediation.




TIMOTHY TARRILLION

Secretary/Treasurer/Operations Manager

Timothy brings more than 38 years of residential construction experience. For more than 32 of those years, he has served as superintendent, project manager, estimator and construction business owner.
